This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 this was such a good thriller！！！ it held my attention throughout the entire book and left me guessing each time。 as soon as i thought i’d guessed what happened or who was who， the plot would thicken and i’d be left with my mouth hanging open。 the only complaint that i had， is i wished we would’ve gotten one last POV of Connie’s after Meredith’s。 i would’ve loved to have seen from her POV what she was going through and what happened。 also， Walter deserved better🥲🥲🥲🥲

I really enjoyed this book。 It took a sharp twist nearly half way through that I really didn’t expect。 Normally， Marrs’ books have the twist at the end （which this did include too） but it changed the whole direction of the book。 It did lag a little in the middle but then when we got going， the momentum only built。 Really impressed with this book。 This makes me very excited for his next one in ‘The One’ universe。

John Marrs Does It Again！ Wow！ What a thrill ride The Stranger In Her House was。 From the first page I was hooked and being roped in to a mom and daughter relationship， so I thought！ From the first twist to the last twist， this book was hard to put down。 I thought I couldn’t love anything more than The Good Samaritan， but here we are！ This book is a must read ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Marrs’s thrillers always give you a little reprieve from the tired and overused tropes plaguing the genre， and this one was no different！ a fun ride where none of the characters are what they initially seem， and it gets darker as it goes on。

John Marrs does it again！ The way his books always take a dark turn keeps me coming back for more。 This was a con artist story， but it was so much more dark than your typical one and I really enjoyed it！ It was a bit of a slow burn， but towards the end I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough！ Available on KU。

I don’t even know where to begin with this book！！！There were so many times i nearly threw my kindle across the room but the cost of getting a new one kept me from doing so。 I guess its great that a book can make you feel that way but so many things in this books are just so absurd that it ruined it for me。 Decent storyline but the twist and turns are just ridiculous。 I wish i can give it 2。5 ⭐️ but goodreads don’t allow 1/2⭐️ so it’s a 3⭐️ for me， in respect for the author。
